Hendo Re-Signs for 2027 & 2028

The Vantage Building Group Falcons have re-signed Hostplus Cup Head Coach Brad Henderson for the 2027 and 2028 seasons.

Now into his 5^th season as Hostplus Cup Head Coach, Henderson has the Falcons currently sitting in 1^st position on the Hostplus Cup ladder, with 5 regular season fixtures to play.

The Falcons have played finals every season since Henderson’s tenure and were just one win away from a Grand Final appearance in 2022 in Henderson’s first season in charge.

Henderson brought up his 100^th Falcons QLD Cup match coached back in Round 15 with a record of 61 wins, 2 draws and 37 losses.

“We’re very excited that Hendo has committed to the Vantage Building Group Falcons for a further 2 seasons. His work ethic, attention to detail and football knowledge are second to none and he has shown a great ability over the years to develop players into QLD Cup standard footballers. He has a great ability in bringing his playing group together and getting the best out of his players, which has shown in his extremely consistent results over the last 5 years” Falcons CEO Chris Flannnery said.

“It’s great to have my coaching future sorted at the Falcons for the next few years and we can concentrate on the final 5 games of this year as we head into the Finals. I love coaching here in my home -town and am excited to help develop the next crop of Falcons stars, along with the current group of talented players, for the next few seasons. We have some amazing talent in our playing squad now but also coming through our junior ranks, and I can’t wait to see them all in Falcons colours over the next few years” Brad Henderson said.
